About The Enterprise Tech Show, by DTX
DTX is an enterprise technology event about digital transformation: how organisations plan, fund and deliver change across infrastructure, data, AI, security and automation. Its London edition, previously held at ExCeL London, is relaunching as The Enterprise Tech Show, by DTX, at a new venue, The Old Truman Brewery.
The relaunched format rests on three elements. Live demonstrations and case studies show technology applied to real business challenges, a senior-level conference brings in industry leaders, and a start-up zone gives emerging innovators a place on the floor. Alongside it runs The Customer & Employee Experience Show, by UCX, the successor to Unified Communications EXPO, in its own exhibition space connected by a shared networking area, so one visit covers both enterprise transformation and communications and experience technology.
The audience is made up of IT leaders and technology professionals: CIOs and CTOs, infrastructure teams, solution architects, cyber security specialists and developers. The organiser has listed past attendees from organisations including Barclays, HSBC, Sky, Booking.com, the NHS and Network Rail, pointing to strong representation from financial services, media and the public sector.
Exhibitors are typically cloud and infrastructure providers, software vendors, security firms, consultancies and managed service providers. For them, the event offers time with people who influence and hold transformation budgets, in a setting where visitors arrive ready to discuss specific projects. The move to a new venue also means exhibitors should check stand rules and logistics afresh rather than relying on past ExCeL experience.

The Enterprise Tech Show, by DTX 2027: what to expect
The London edition of DTX is being relaunched for 2027 as The Enterprise Tech Show, by DTX, and moves from ExCeL London to The Old Truman Brewery for 3 and 4 November 2027. The organiser promises a new name, a new venue and a new experience, built around live technology demonstrations and case studies on real business problems, a senior-level conference and a start-up zone for emerging companies. Visitors also gain entry to The Customer & Employee Experience Show, by UCX, with the two exhibitions in separate spaces joined by a central networking area. Fuller details are due in the coming months.
A change of venue means past ExCeL exhibitors should not assume the same stand heights, floor loadings, power or delivery arrangements. Ask the organiser for the new venue's technical guidelines before signing off a design, and give your builder early notice of access routes and build times.
