About Event Tech Live London
Event Tech Live is a conference and exhibition devoted to event technology, and its London edition at ExCeL is the main gathering for buyers and suppliers in that market in the UK. Exhibitors are companies that sell platforms, products or services to event organisers, agencies and brands.
That covers a wide range: registration and ticketing, event apps and platforms, lead capture and analytics, audiovisual and production technology, AI tools, marketing technology and engagement products. The exhibition is organised with dedicated zones, including areas for AI and for martech and growth companies, which helps visitors find specific categories.
Visitors are event directors, technology leads, heads of digital, senior marketers and executives from agencies, corporates, exhibition organisers and associations, many of whom manage a large number of events each year. Entry is free for attendees, and the content programme runs across several stages, with an Event Technology Awards ceremony and the ET50 list of influential people in event tech adding to the draw.
Suppliers exhibit because the audience is concentrated and purposeful. People attend to review the tools they use, and a hosted buyer programme sets up pre-matched meetings between buyers and exhibitors. For a vendor, it is a chance to demonstrate a product live to people who judge event experiences for a living, which raises the bar for stand design and demos but also makes a good impression count for more.

Event Tech Live London 2026: what to expect
Event Tech Live London 2026 takes place at ExCeL London on 11 and 12 November. Content runs across stages including the Main Stage, Organiser Voice sessions, an AI and Innovation stage, a Martech and Growth stage and an Experiential and Engagement stage. New for 2026 are hands-on workshops on operations and marketing tools and a podcast studio offering recording slots.
The organiser reported 2,719 qualified attendees across the two days of the 2025 event, with 86.4 per cent saying they had decision-making authority or purchasing influence.
Reliable connectivity is the practical priority here. A failed demo in front of event professionals is noticed, so confirm internet and power with ExCeL early and design the stand around live, hands-on use rather than static displays.
