About EquipHotel
EquipHotel is the Paris trade show for the hospitality and foodservice industry, organised by RX and held every two years at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Because it is biennial, each edition tends to carry real weight for suppliers planning new collections and launches.
The show is structured around four main sectors: design, covering interiors and outdoor spaces; wellbeing; tech and services; and foodservice. Between them they span furniture, lighting, textiles, tableware, kitchen equipment, spa products and hotel technology, so visitors can source most of what a hotel or restaurant needs in one place.
The audience is professional. Visitors include investors, owners, operators and specifiers in hospitality, such as hotel groups and independent hoteliers, restaurateurs, architects, interior designers and procurement specialists sourcing furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and operating supplies and equipment (OS&E). That mix brings together people who design projects and people who approve budgets.
Inspiration plays a large part in the show's character. Scenographic spaces present complete hotel and restaurant concepts, Innovation Awards highlight new products, and a conference and networking programme of more than a hundred sessions keeps visitors moving through the halls. For suppliers targeting French and European hospitality buyers, EquipHotel is one of the main showcases in the calendar.

EquipHotel 2026: what to expect
EquipHotel 2026 runs from 2 to 5 November at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, under the theme L'hospitalité plurielle, which reflects the growing diversity of accommodation types and hospitality formats.
The 2026 programme includes HITEC Paris, a hotel technology event co-located with EquipHotel, which strengthens the tech and services side of the show. A Commercial Strategy Forum Paris, organised with HSMAI Europe, also forms part of the programme.
Designers and specifiers at EquipHotel respond to stands that show products in context, so a room set, terrace or dining scene usually works better than a product line-up. French-language materials help with domestic buyers. Paris Expo has strict build schedules, so confirm move-in slots and fire regulations for materials early.
