About WTM London
For almost five decades, World Travel Market London has served as one of the most influential business events in the global travel and tourism calendar. It is organised by RX and held at ExCeL London every November.
WTM is a trade event. Exhibitors range across the industry: national and regional tourism boards, hotel groups, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies and travel technology suppliers. The people walking the halls are travel professionals, buyers and media, and a dedicated buyer programme brings in qualified purchasers who come to source products and negotiate partnerships.
Much of the business is done through meetings, many arranged in advance, as tour operators and agents review contracts and look for new destinations and suppliers. For destinations and travel companies, being present is also a signal of commitment to the market, and many buyers expect to see their key partners at the show.
WTM Travel Tech gives technology suppliers a dedicated home within the event, while the conference programme covers the trends shaping the industry and gives exhibitors a chance to follow the debates their buyers are having.
For exhibitors, the attraction lies in the density of decision makers: few other events bring together so many buyers, partners and media from across the travel industry in three days.

WTM London 2026: what to expect
WTM London 2026 runs from 3 to 5 November at ExCeL London. RX reported 46,500 attendees and 5,500 buyers at the 2025 show, with 182 countries represented and more than 40,000 business meetings held.
New for this edition is the Wanderlust Headliner Stage, and the conference programme is themed around resilience, rebound and reinvention in global travel. WTM Travel Tech, WTM TrendFest and WTM TV all return.
Meeting space is the priority on most WTM stands, with tables that support back-to-back appointments and a little storage for brochures and personal items. Large national pavilions often house many co-exhibitors, so shared reception arrangements and clear signage for each partner need to be planned with the builder from the start.
