About Educatech Expo
Educatech Expo, formerly Educatec-Educatice, is a French professional exhibition for educational innovation and digital learning, organised by Weyou Group and held annually at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The event dates back to 2009 under its earlier identity.
Exhibitors cover edtech solutions, digital learning platforms and resources, connected equipment and other classroom technology, and services for schools, universities and training organisations. The visitor audience is entirely professional: teachers, school leaders, trainers, education managers and those who buy and manage equipment for schools and universities.
Entry is free for professional visitors, and a programme of talks and workshops runs alongside the exhibition, exploring teaching practice and how new technologies can be used in schools, universities and training. The show also arranges business meetings between exhibitors and visitors, which gives suppliers a structured way to meet buyers.
For suppliers entering or growing in the French education market, Educatech Expo offers direct contact with both the people who use products in the classroom and those who influence purchasing. Exhibitors should expect detailed questions about how products fit French teaching practice, so French-language materials and staff are a practical necessity. Hands-on demonstration areas, where teachers can try tools for themselves, tend to work better than stands built around static displays.

Educatech Expo 2026: what to expect
Educatech Expo 2026 takes place from 2 to 4 December in Pavilion 7 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The theme is Choose the Future, looking at education in the age of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. New for 2026 is EQUIP ECOLE, a space dedicated to purchasing and management for schools and universities.
The organiser reported 13,512 participants, 281 exhibitor stands and 2,373 business meetings at the 2025 edition.
With EQUIP ECOLE aimed at purchasing and management, suppliers of equipment and services should be ready with pricing and procurement information as well as classroom demonstrations. French-language materials and staff remain essential.
