About Forum INCYBER Europe (FIC)
Created in 2007 and still widely known by its earlier initials, FIC, Forum INCYBER Europe has become one of Europe's leading events on cyber security and digital trust. It is organised by Forward Global, an international risk management company, and is held each year at Lille Grand Palais in northern France under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic.
The forum combines an exhibition with an extensive conference programme, and it attracts participants from around 50 countries. Visitors include chief information security officers, IT directors, public sector and defence representatives, law enforcement, researchers and start-ups, giving the event an unusual mix of government and industry.
Exhibitors cover security software, identity and access management, threat intelligence, secure cloud, defence cyber, consultancy and training. Partners range from large established vendors to young companies looking for European customers.
Much of the forum's character comes from the events that run within it. The European Cyber Cup ethical hacking competition, start-up awards, and dedicated forums on digital identity, incident response, open source intelligence, trust and safety, IoT security and secure AI all bring specialist audiences into the venue.
For vendors targeting European buyers, and French public sector organisations in particular, FIC offers strong access in one place. French language material and closed meeting space for sensitive discussions are practical considerations for most stands.

Forum INCYBER Europe (FIC) 2027: what to expect
Forum INCYBER Europe 2027 runs from 9 to 11 March at Lille Grand Palais. The theme for this edition is The agentic vertigo: Autonomy under control?, focusing on autonomous systems, AI governance and how to keep autonomous loops controllable.
Side events include the European Cyber Cup, which the organiser says involves 250 players, the start-up awards, the ID Forum, OSINT Day, the Trust & Safety Forum, CoRIIN for incident response, a Secure AI strand and market briefings.
Demo pods should ideally run on the exhibitor's own network equipment rather than shared wifi. Lille Grand Palais has its own technical rules and delivery arrangements, and the city's hotels fill quickly during the forum, so both need early attention.
