About Childcare & Education Expo London
Running since 2009, Childcare & Education Expo is a trade event for the early years and day nursery sector, organised by Broadway Events. Its London show sits alongside a national event in Coventry each autumn, and between them the organiser says the expos have helped more than 60,000 nurseries and childcare businesses find suppliers and ideas.
Visitors are early years leaders and professionals: nursery owners and managers, practitioners, childminders, pre-school leaders and group operators. Both hands-on staff and budget holders attend, which suits suppliers whose products need to win over the people who use them as well as those who pay for them.
Exhibitors supply educational resources and toys, nursery furniture, outdoor play equipment, management software, food and catering, training, recruitment and business services.
Content is a major draw. Expert-led CPD sessions run across several streams, covering staff support, business strategy, child development, wellbeing and play, and features such as interactive workshops, hands-on outdoor activities, an Ofsted advice corner and a peer support hub give visitors practical reasons to attend and stay.
The childcare market is changing quickly, and settings are looking for products and services that help with growth, staffing and compliance. For suppliers, the expo offers a focused route to those decision makers in a friendly, practical environment where demonstrations and hands-on displays work well.

Childcare & Education Expo London 2027: what to expect
The London edition of Childcare & Education Expo takes place on 5 and 6 March 2027 at ExCeL London. The CPD programme runs across four content streams, alongside interactive workshops, outdoor play activities, the Ofsted Advice Corner and the Share & Support Hub.
Early years professionals want to see products in use, so room-set displays for furniture and play equipment, and seated demo points for software, tend to work better than closed stands. Exhibitors new to ExCeL should check the venue's build schedule and delivery arrangements, which differ from other London venues, and allow time for loading bays and on-site access procedures.
