About in-cosmetics Global
Personal care ingredients are the focus of in-cosmetics Global, which describes itself as the leading global event in its field. Organised by RX, it is where the components of future cosmetics and personal care products are sourced, compared and discussed, with science positioned at the heart of the show.
Exhibitors range from multinational chemical groups to specialist and emerging ingredient producers. They present active ingredients, emollients, emulsifiers, preservatives, colours, fragrance materials, natural and sustainable raw materials, and testing and laboratory services. Visitors come from the research and development, formulation, procurement and marketing teams of cosmetics and personal care brands, and cosmetic scientists and formulators make up a large part of the audience.
The show offers a programme designed to help those technical visitors discover new materials quickly. An Innovation Zone, product feature areas, technical presentations and seminars, and an awards programme all give new launches extra exposure. The brand also runs regional editions in Asia, Korea and Latin America, which can help exhibitors follow up contacts in those markets.
For ingredient suppliers, a good conversation here can lead to a formulation trial and eventually a long-term supply relationship. Because ingredients are hard to display, many exhibitors make them tangible with prototype formulations, textures, swatches and sensory stations, backed by meeting tables where scientists can discuss data and regulatory status. Stand Between can match exhibitors with builders familiar with ingredient-focused stands.

in-cosmetics Global 2027: what to expect
in-cosmetics Global 2027 takes place from 6 to 8 April 2027 at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona.
The regional calendar runs around it, with in-cosmetics Asia in Bangkok in November 2026, in-cosmetics Korea in Songdo in June 2027 and in-cosmetics Latin America in September 2027.
If you plan a formulation bar or live lab bench, check Fira de Barcelona's rules on handling materials and liquids before the design is finalised. Have technical data sheets and sample request forms ready in digital form, as formulators often want to follow up quickly after the show.
