About Cereals
Rather than an exhibition hall, Cereals takes place on a working farm, which gives the UK's technical event for the arable sector a character all of its own. Cereals Fruit Focus UK Ltd runs the event each year, and the emphasis is on seeing products and techniques perform in the field.
Exhibitors cover crop protection, seed and plant breeding, fertilisers, sprayers, cultivation and drilling equipment, precision farming technology, drones and robotics, telehandlers, and finance and business services. Visitors are arable farmers, agronomists, contractors, land managers and advisers, along with students and young farmers.
Live working demonstrations are a defining feature, with machinery shown in action rather than parked on a stand. An agronomy zone with hundreds of crop plots lets breeders and crop protection companies show varieties and treatments side by side, and a main stage conference programme adds talks and panel debates. A dedicated regenerative agriculture area and a crop challenge for agricultural students add to the mix.
For suppliers, Cereals provides direct contact with growers in a practical setting that suits demonstration. An outdoor site brings its own demands: structures need to cope with wind and rain, flooring matters if the ground is soft, and visitors appreciate a covered area with seating where technical conversations can continue in any weather.

Cereals 2027: what to expect
Cereals 2027 takes place on 9 and 10 June at Heath Farm, Leadenham, in Lincolnshire, with the site open from 08:00 to 18:00 on both days. The organiser lists more than 600 crop plots in the Agronomy Zone and live demonstrations covering drilling, robotics, drones, sprayers and telehandlers.
Machinery exhibitors should plan access, turning space and demonstration timings carefully with the organiser. It is also worth checking what power is available on each plot and whether a generator is needed, and choosing a stand builder with experience of field events rather than only exhibition halls.
