About HostMilano
HostMilano is an international exhibition for the hospitality and food service industry, held every two years at fieramilano in Rho, just outside Milan, and organised by Fiera Milano. It brings together the products and services used in hotels, restaurants, cafés and bakeries, from raw materials and semi-finished products to machinery, equipment, furnishings and tableware.
The exhibition is divided into specialist areas: food service equipment; bakery, pizza and pasta; coffee and tea; coffee machines and vending; gelato, pastry and bakery; and furnishings, technology and tableware. This arrangement helps visitors with very different interests, from chefs and baristas to hotel designers, find relevant exhibitors quickly.
Exhibitors include equipment manufacturers, coffee machine brands, ingredient producers, furniture and tableware companies and technology providers, many of them from outside Italy. Visitors are professionals from restaurants, hotels, bars and cafés, bakeries and pastry shops, along with distributors, contract caterers and designers.
Events with leading chefs, coffee professionals and masters of gelato, chocolate and pastry bring energy to the halls, and the SMART Label recognises products and projects that stand out for functionality, technology, sustainability or social impact. For suppliers, the show offers a large international audience of buyers and specifiers in one place, which makes it a natural setting for launching equipment and meeting distributors from many markets.

HostMilano 2027: what to expect
HostMilano 2027 is scheduled for Friday 22 to Tuesday 26 October 2027 at fieramilano Rho, according to the organiser's website. The 2025 event was the show's 44th edition.
Hospitality buyers expect to see equipment working, so many stands include a working kitchen, coffee bar or pastry counter. Those features depend on power, water, drainage and extraction, which should be confirmed with the venue early. Because the opening days include a weekend, staffing should be planned for five full days, and seating for tastings and business discussions is as important as the demonstration area.
