About London Packaging Week
London Packaging Week is organised by Easyfairs as a group of specialist packaging shows held together under one roof. Each show addresses a different end market: Packaging Première for luxury brands, PCD for perfume, cosmetics and personal care, PLD for premium and luxury drinks, and Food & Consumer Pack for FMCG and retail packaging.
This structure allows suppliers to position themselves within the sector that matters most to them while still reaching a shared audience. Exhibitors include packaging designers, converters, glass, plastic and paper based packaging manufacturers, printers, decorators and finishers, as well as developers of new materials.
Visitors are brand owners and the people who shape their packaging, including packaging developers, designers, buyers and marketing teams from beauty, drinks, food and luxury goods companies. Many are focused on the look, feel and sustainability of packaging and how it performs on shelf.
The show runs a conference programme across three theatres, covering luxury, beauty and drinks, and food and consumer packaging, alongside an Innovation Awards programme that recognises technical and creative work. A networking app and on-site lounges and bars help visitors plan meetings. For exhibitors working in premium packaging, the event offers a concentrated two days with an audience that values quality and craft, where samples can be handled and discussed in detail with the people who specify them.

London Packaging Week 2027: what to expect
London Packaging Week 2027 takes place at ExCeL London on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2027.
In a show built around premium packaging, the stand itself is judged as a sample of an exhibitor's standards. Lighting, finishes and display cases that let visitors pick up and examine pieces are central to a good design, and a couple of tables for sampling discussions are usually more useful than extra display wall. Exhibitors should also decide which of the five market-focused zones best fits their customers, as this affects where they are placed on the floor and which conference audience passes nearby. Entering the Innovation Awards can add visibility for a new material or finish.
