About Vicenzaoro January
Vicenzaoro is the international jewellery and gold trade show of Vicenza, a city with deep roots in Italian goldsmithing. Organised by Italian Exhibition Group at the Vicenza Expo Centre, it has brought the jewellery supply chain together for more than 70 years and now runs two editions a year, in January and September.
The show sets out to cover the whole chain. Exhibitors range from high-end jewellery brands to unbranded production, from precious stones and pearls to packaging and visual merchandising, and from independent watchmakers to established watch houses. Two companion events broaden that offer: T.GOLD, focused on machinery and technology for jewellery and gold manufacturing, and VO Vintage, dedicated to vintage watches and jewellery.
Visitors are trade professionals, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors and designers from Italy and abroad. The organiser runs a hosted buyer programme that brings international buyers to the show, which is a significant part of its appeal for exhibitors looking to grow export sales.
The January edition matters because it opens the jewellery trade year. Buyers use it to see new collections, check suppliers and set relationships for the months ahead. In a sector where trust, security and long-standing relationships count for a great deal, meeting face to face in a setting that celebrates Italian craftsmanship gives exhibitors a credible platform. Stands tend to be calm and refined, with secure display cases and seated viewing areas where pieces can be examined closely.

Vicenzaoro January 2027: what to expect
Vicenzaoro January 2027 runs from 15 to 19 January at the Vicenza Expo Centre. T.GOLD runs on the same dates, while VO Vintage opens from 15 to 18 January.
The venue has been developing: Italian Exhibition Group unveiled a new Hall 2 at the Vicenza Expo Centre for the September 2026 edition, so exhibitors returning after a gap should check the current floor plan rather than assuming the old layout.
Jewellery stands bring specific requirements. Discuss lockable cases, secure storage and controlled access with your builder, and check the organiser's security rules early. Colour-accurate lighting that shows stones and metals properly is one of the most important investments on the stand. Insurance and secure transport for stock also need arranging well before build-up.
