About Channel Live
Channel Live is a focused one-day event for the UK IT and communications channel, organised by Mark Allen Group and held in London. It is built around managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers, bringing them together with distributors, vendors, network operators and the wider partner ecosystem.
Exhibitors typically offer cloud communications, connectivity, unified communications, cyber security, mobile, billing platforms and partner programmes. Visitors are trade only, with MSPs and resellers forming the core of the audience, and the organiser aims to attract larger, well-established MSPs with real buying power.
An expert-led conference runs alongside the exhibition, covering subjects such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, the PSTN switch-off and business growth. These are topics that bring resellers to the event with specific questions, and they give exhibitors natural openings to talk about how their products help partners serve their own customers.
The appeal for suppliers is efficiency. In one day, a vendor or distributor can meet a concentrated group of partners it wants to recruit or develop, rather than spreading the effort across several broader events. The one-day format also keeps costs manageable, though it places a premium on pre-booked meetings and quick follow-up. Messaging that speaks directly to partners, such as margins, support and programme benefits, tends to land better than end-user marketing.

Channel Live 2027: what to expect
Channel Live 2027 takes place on 9 March at Tobacco Dock in London, with Giacom returning as headline sponsor for a second year.
The organiser reported that 81 per cent of attendees at the 2026 event were first-time visitors, and that 68 per cent of those were MSPs and resellers, which suggests a good chance of meeting partners exhibitors do not already know.
Tobacco Dock is a converted historic warehouse, so stands may need to work around columns, uneven surfaces and height limits. Modular, lighter stand designs suit the venue and the short build window of a one-day event, and accurate site information should be requested early.
