About Forecourt Show
The Forecourt Show is a dedicated UK trade event for the fuel and forecourt retail sector. Organised by William Reed at the NEC Birmingham, it is now held every year and is part of The UK Food & Drink Shows.
Exhibitors include fuel suppliers, convenience retail brands, vehicle care providers and equipment manufacturers, along with suppliers of payment technology, shopfitting and food-to-go concepts. Visitors are symbol group retailers, independent forecourt operators, oil companies and dealers who are looking for innovation and want to compare products and solutions across fuel, shop and services.
The sector is changing quickly. Operators are weighing up electric vehicle charging, new food-to-go offers, modern payment systems and ways to grow their shop business, and they need suppliers who can make those changes work commercially. The Forecourt Show gives suppliers a focused platform to reach the decision makers who run sites, supported by live educational sessions and product showcases.
The show is co-located with the National Convenience Show, Food & Drink Expo, the Farm Shop & Deli Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, and a single free pass covers all five. That brings convenience and food buyers into the same building, which can be valuable for suppliers whose products cross over between forecourt shops and convenience retail. Forecourt operators are practical buyers who want to see how a product would work on their site, so working or representative units are often the core of a stand. Stand Between can match exhibitors with builders experienced at the NEC.

Forecourt Show 2027: what to expect
The Forecourt Show 2027 takes place in Hall 4 at the NEC Birmingham from 12 to 14 April 2027, open 10am to 5pm on the first two days and closing at 4pm on 14 April. The organiser reported more than 30,000 visitors and over 1,500 exhibitors across the co-located shows in 2026.
Large equipment such as chargers, car wash units or dispensing technology needs early planning around deliveries, floor loading and power, so share these details with your builder at the start. Screens showing installations, usage data and return on investment help make the commercial case to operators.
