About Business Travel Show Europe
The people who manage corporate travel programmes are the core audience at Business Travel Show Europe. Presented by BTN Group, the publisher behind Business Travel News Europe, the show is held each summer at ExCeL London and focuses squarely on the managed travel market.
Visitors are travel managers, procurement executives and others responsible for company travel policy and spend. They attend to review suppliers, benchmark their programmes and keep up with issues such as traveller safety, sustainability, cost control and technology. Many of the most active buyers take part through a hosted buyer programme, which helps bring qualified decision makers onto the floor.
Exhibitors reflect the full supply side of business travel: airlines, hotel groups, travel management companies, rail operators, ground transport providers, booking platforms, payment and expense specialists and travel technology firms. The Innovation Faceoff competition gives newer companies a platform to pitch to the audience.
The main reason to exhibit is the concentration of buyers. Corporate travel contracts are valuable and built on relationships, so two days of face-to-face time with the people who set travel policy can shape a supplier's year. A conference and education programme keeps buyers on site between meetings. The show also runs alongside The Meetings Show and TravelTech Show at ExCeL, which brings meetings and events planners and travel technology specialists into the same venue and widens the potential audience for suppliers who serve more than one of these markets.

Business Travel Show Europe 2027: what to expect
Business Travel Show Europe 2027 takes place on 23 and 24 June at ExCeL London, again alongside The Meetings Show and TravelTech Show.
The hosted buyer programme and the Innovation Faceoff are both expected to return, and the organiser continues to focus on senior corporate travel buyers from across Europe.
Because much of the business is done in scheduled appointments, the stand needs comfortable, semi-private seating where account conversations can take place, and good visibility from the aisle so that buyers can find it between back-to-back meetings. Exhibitors who also sell to meetings and events planners may want to consider how their presence relates to the neighbouring show.
