About ICE Barcelona
ICE is the gaming industry's largest B2B gathering, covering both land-based and digital sectors. Organised by WorldGaming, the business formerly known as Clarion Gaming, it ran for many years at ExCeL London before moving to Fira Barcelona Gran Via, where it has been held since 2025.
The scope is broad: casino and slot equipment, online casino and sports betting platforms, lottery, esports, game studios, payments, compliance, player protection and data services all sit under one roof. The show also brings in iGB Affiliate, which serves the affiliate marketing side of the industry. Visitors include operators, suppliers, distributors, investors and regulators, and the organiser highlights the presence of hundreds of verified regulators from around the world. It is strictly a trade event.
For much of the sector, ICE is the main annual meeting place, where partnerships are formed and deals discussed. Alongside the exhibition, the ICE conference programme and structured networking schemes such as MeetMe help match buyers and sellers. That combination makes the show as much about meetings as about product display.
Stands at ICE are known for their scale and ambition. Large footprints, double-deck structures, private meeting rooms and hospitality areas are common, and exhibitors often devote much of their space to hosting clients. Gaming machines and live digital platforms also need dependable power and connectivity. For suppliers trying to reach a global audience of operators in one place, few events offer comparable reach, which is why competition for attention on the floor is intense.

ICE Barcelona 2027: what to expect
ICE Barcelona 2027 runs from 18 to 20 January at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. New for this edition, Hall 7 is dedicated to technology, innovation and fintech, covering areas such as enterprise technology, compliance and cybersecurity, which opens the show further to suppliers outside traditional gaming product. The organiser has also set aside around 2,000 square metres of dedicated meeting space for MeetMe participants.
Complex stands, especially double-deck builds, usually need additional structural approvals, so allow time for those in the design schedule. If equipment is shipping from outside the EU, build customs clearance into the logistics plan. Barcelona is a popular destination and hotels near the Gran Via site fill quickly in January.
