About INTERNORGA
INTERNORGA is an annual international trade fair for hospitality and foodservice, organised by Hamburg Messe und Congress and held at the Hamburg exhibition grounds. It is a major meeting point for the out-of-home market in German-speaking Europe and attracts exhibitors from many other countries.
The exhibition is organised into broad areas: kitchen technology and equipment, food and beverages, digital solutions, packaging and delivery, living and dining, and future food and drinks, with a dedicated WeinWelt area for wine. Exhibitors range from large equipment manufacturers and food brands to start-ups.
Visitors are trade professionals from restaurants, hotels, catering and contract catering, bakeries, cafés, food retail and system catering, from independent operators to large groups.
Beyond the stands, INTERNORGA has a strong content and innovation programme. The International Foodservice Forum is a key industry conference, the INTERNORGA Future Award recognises forward-looking concepts, and a Newcomers Area gives emerging businesses an affordable route onto the floor. Several stages and discussion areas run throughout the fair, and an online networking platform helps visitors and exhibitors connect.
Foodservice buyers respond to live cooking, tasting and working equipment, so kitchen technology exhibitors in particular need early planning for power, water, drainage and extraction. German language materials help with the core audience.

INTERNORGA 2027: what to expect
INTERNORGA 2027 runs from 12 to 16 March at Hamburg Messe und Congress, open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. It will be the 100th INTERNORGA, a milestone the organiser is highlighting.
The International Foodservice Forum, the INTERNORGA Future Award and the Newcomers Area all return, along with stages including BACK STAGE and the Deep Dive Area.
Five days is a long run, so exhibitors should plan staff rotas, restocking and secure storage from the outset. Kitchen equipment exhibitors need to book water, drainage and extraction services well ahead, and anniversary interest is likely to put pressure on Hamburg hotels.
