About The Motorhome and Caravan Show
Every autumn the leisure vehicle industry fills a large part of the NEC Birmingham for The Motorhome & Caravan Show, which presents itself as the UK's biggest leisure vehicle showcase. It is organised by NCC Events, the events business of the National Caravan Council.
This is a consumer show, and its audience is made up largely of people who are researching or ready to make a purchase, together with existing owners looking to upgrade or equip their vehicles. The autumn timing coincides with the arrival of new season models, which gives visitors a reason to come and compare the latest ranges side by side.
Manufacturers and dealers of motorhomes, campervans and caravans are at the centre of the show, joined by bespoke converters, awning suppliers, accessory retailers, campsite operators and tourism organisations. For many of these exhibitors the show is a direct sales opportunity as well as a marketing one.
Features designed to keep visitors on site add to the appeal. An on-site pop-up campsite lets enthusiasts stay over, and free driving and towing experience sessions give new owners practical confidence. For leisure, travel and outdoor brands, the show offers several days of contact with a large, motivated audience, and for holiday parks and destinations it provides a direct line to people planning their next trips.

The Motorhome and Caravan Show 2027: what to expect
The next Motorhome & Caravan Show is listed by NCC Events for 12 to 17 October 2027 at the NEC Birmingham, open 10am to 6pm each day. Hall details for 2027 have not yet been published; the 2026 show filled halls 6 to 12 and 17 to 20. The most recent post-show figures from the organiser cover 2025, when 96,149 visitors came through over six days and more than 350 exhibitors took part across 11 halls, with around 1,000 new leisure vehicles on display. Several brands reported double-digit sales growth at that show.
Vehicle exhibitors should secure move-in and placement slots early, because large units have to be positioned before the surrounding stands go up. Six public days call for proper rotas, rest space and stock storage. A sheltered seating area where buyers can talk through finance and specification helps turn interest into orders.
