About The Photography & Video Show
The Photography & Video Show is the UK's major event for photographers, videographers and content creators, organised by Future Publishing, whose titles include Digital Camera World. Launched in 2014 at the NEC in Birmingham, it now alternates between Birmingham and London.
Exhibitors range from the major camera and lens makers to specialists in lighting, drones, bags and supports, printing, storage, software and retail. The show is open to both trade and consumers, and its audience mixes enthusiasts, working professionals, students and creators who are serious about kit.
Visitors come to try equipment before they buy, and many plan purchases around the show. Several stages run talks and live demonstrations across photography, film and video, editing and content creation, often led by well-known photographers and creators. Hands-on spaces such as the Creator Playground let visitors build skills and test kit, and exclusive show prices give exhibitors a direct sales opportunity alongside brand building.
For brands, the show offers access to an engaged imaging community in one place, both for launches and for building relationships with customers who influence others. Successful stands make it easy to handle products safely, give staff room to answer technical questions, and use screens or shooting areas to show what the kit can do. Security matters with high-value equipment on display across several days.

The Photography & Video Show 2027: what to expect
The 2027 show runs from Saturday 13 to Tuesday 16 March in Halls N1 to N6 at ExCeL London, open 10:00 to 17:00 each day. It moves from the NEC, which hosted the 2026 edition, and the show is scheduled to return to Birmingham in 2028. The organiser reported more than 250 brands at the 2026 show.
Stages include All Things Analogue, Photo Live, the Editing & Post-Production Suite, Behind the Lens Theatre, In Motion Studio and the Creator Stage, with the Creator Playground for hands-on content creation. Students get free entry on the Monday and Tuesday with advance booking.
Exhibitors who last took part in Birmingham should review ExCeL's own build rules and delivery arrangements. Overnight security for high-value stock needs planning across four days, and payment points and queue space matter if selling on the stand.
