About All-Energy
First held in 2001, All-Energy has become the UK's largest event for renewable and low carbon energy. RX organises it each year at the SEC in Glasgow, a short distance from the city centre.
The exhibition spans offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, marine energy, storage, grids and networks, heat and electric vehicle infrastructure, supported by engineering, consultancy and finance firms. Dcarbonise runs alongside, extending the content into decarbonising heat, transport, buildings, cities and industry.
Visitors range from developers, utilities and supply chain companies to local authorities, investors, researchers and policymakers, so the audience is both technical and strategic. Attendance is free, which helps bring in graduate engineers and smaller suppliers as well as senior figures.
A substantial conference programme, spread across multiple streams and show floor theatres, keeps visitors on site for both days. The Meet the Buyer programme connects suppliers with larger developers and contractors, which is particularly valuable for smaller firms trying to break into major project supply chains. The organiser also takes part in the Net Zero Carbon Events initiative, a commitment that resonates with much of the audience.

All-Energy 2027: what to expect
All-Energy 2027 takes place at the SEC in Glasgow on 12 and 13 May, with Dcarbonise alongside. The Strategic Summit, show floor theatres, workshops and the Meet the Buyer programme all return.
Exhibitors bringing hardware such as storage units, charge points or turbine components should confirm floor loading, power and access routes with the SEC early. Many conversations here concern tenders, partnerships and investment rather than one-off sales, so a seated meeting area tends to earn its floor space. Glasgow hotels near the venue can be busy in show week.
