About FESPA Global Print Expo
FESPA Global Print Expo is a major international exhibition for the speciality print, signage and personalisation industries. It is run by FESPA, the federation behind a family of print industry shows, and the flagship event moves between European host cities.
The exhibition covers wide format and digital printing, screen printing, textile and garment decoration, inks, media and substrates, finishing systems, signage and software. Its audience is trade: print service providers, sign makers, garment decorators, graphic producers, brand owners and print buyers. Many arrive with investment plans and use the show to compare machines and talk to manufacturers before committing to a purchase.
The expo is staged alongside a group of related events. European Sign Expo covers non-printed signage, Personalisation Experience focuses on customised products, WrapFest brings in vehicle wrapping, and a textile showcase covers printed fabrics and garments. Competitions and community features such as the World Wrap Masters, the FESPA Awards and Club FESPA add a lively, hands-on character to the halls.
For exhibitors, live demonstration is the most persuasive tool, and at a print show the stand itself becomes a portfolio. Large-format graphics, printed textiles and wrapped objects can show output quality at a glance, and visitors expect samples to take away. Stand Between can introduce exhibitors to builders experienced in print and signage stands who can plan around working equipment.

FESPA Global Print Expo 2027: what to expect
FESPA Global Print Expo 2027 returns to Messe München in Munich from 6 to 9 April 2027. The venue last hosted the flagship show in 2023. The 2027 programme includes European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest and the textile showcase, along with the FESPA Awards, World Wrap Masters and Club FESPA.
Heavy printers and finishing equipment need planned delivery slots and handling at Messe München, and running machines live means confirming power, compressed air and any ventilation requirements early. Leave room for operators to load media and for visitors to watch without blocking the aisle.
