About London Build
London Build is a large trade event for the construction and built environment sector, organised by Oliver Kinross with Nineteen Group. It describes itself as the UK's leading and largest show for construction, building services and sustainability, and it combines an exhibition with an extensive programme of conference stages, summits and workshops.
Visitors come from across the built environment: contractors, developers, architects, engineers, housing and local authority professionals, and suppliers. Exhibitors range from building products and materials to digital construction, fire safety, health and safety, building services and sustainability solutions. The breadth of the audience means exhibitors can meet specifiers and main contractors at the same event.
Content is a large part of the draw. Stages cover topics such as sustainability, digital construction, health and safety and fire safety, and the show runs a Meet the Buyer programme, an Architect's Hub, a careers hub and a series of networking events. These features keep visitors on site and create structured opportunities for suppliers to meet project decision makers.
For companies selling into London and UK construction, the show offers concentrated access to a busy and varied project pipeline. Because visitors range from site managers to senior developers, stands that explain products clearly for both technical and commercial audiences tend to perform well.

London Build 2026: what to expect
London Build 2026 takes place on 25 and 26 November at ExCeL London, the show's new venue. For the first time it is co-located with elementalLONDON, a sustainability-focused event, bringing construction and energy audiences together. New features include a Start-Up Zone and an expanded Careers Hub, and networking hubs are being doubled in size.
The organiser expects more than 25,000 visitors, over 650 exhibitors and more than 900 speakers across 17 stages, summits and workshops. For comparison, it reported more than 25,000 registered attendees and over 450 exhibitors in 2025.
The move to ExCeL brings different load-in arrangements and venue rules, so exhibitors returning from previous editions should not assume their usual build plan will carry over unchanged.
