About UK Construction Week London
UK Construction Week has two homes: an established edition at the NEC in Birmingham and a London edition at ExCeL. Both are organised by Media 10, and the London show is built as an umbrella for a group of specialist events rather than a single exhibition.
Those specialist events cover themes including building products, retrofit, building safety, modern methods of construction, digitalisation and artificial intelligence. Exhibitors range from manufacturers of structural, envelope and interior products to doors and windows, plant and tools, and construction technology and software.
The visitor base takes in contractors, architects, developers, housebuilders, surveyors, facilities managers and public sector buyers, so suppliers meet both the people who specify products and those who buy and install them. Conference stages, CPD accredited seminars, a networking lounge and the Role Models awards give visitors reasons to spend the whole day on site.
The London edition shares ExCeL with Futurebuild and The Stone and Surfaces Show, which Media 10 presents together as a wider built environment event. For suppliers, that combination offers access to London and South East project pipelines alongside a sustainability focused specifier audience, all under one roof.

UK Construction Week London 2027: what to expect
UK Construction Week London 2027 takes place at ExCeL London from 11 to 13 May, alongside Futurebuild and The Stone and Surfaces Show. The organiser lists nine co-located specialist events within the 2027 London edition. The Birmingham edition ran at the NEC from 29 September to 1 October 2026.
Construction audiences respond to products they can see installed, such as door and window sets in working frames or sample wall and floor build ups. Tool and plant suppliers planning live demonstrations should agree noise, dust and safety arrangements with the organiser before committing to a layout, and heavy exhibits need early conversations about ExCeL floor loading.
