About London Wine Fair
With a history stretching back more than four decades, London Wine Fair is a fixed point in the UK drinks trade calendar each May. Vindustrious organises the fair at Olympia in west London, and it covers wine alongside spirits, beer, cider and low and no alcohol drinks.
Producers, importers, distributors and generic bodies from around the world exhibit, and the floor is organised into distinct zones. Wines Unearthed supports producers seeking UK representation, Esoterica gathers smaller specialist importers, and a UK Producers Pavilion showcases domestic wine. Signature Serve focuses on premium spirits, BREW//LDN on craft beer and cider, and a mindful drinking area on low and no alcohol products.
Visitors are drinks trade professionals from retail, wholesale, hospitality and on-trade groups. A hosted buyer programme and a concierge service for leading UK buyers bring in decision makers who are actively looking for new listings, while masterclasses and guided tastings keep visitors moving around the halls. An online planner integrated with Bottlebooks helps buyers organise their visit in advance.
For exhibitors, the fair is an efficient way to launch products, meet key accounts and find UK distribution. Tasting is at the heart of every conversation, so stand design revolves around pouring: counters at the right height, space for glassware, spittoons, ice and water, and discreet storage for stock.

London Wine Fair 2027: what to expect
London Wine Fair 2027 runs from 17 to 19 May at Olympia London. Opening hours are 10:00 to 18:00 on the Monday and Tuesday and 10:00 to 17:00 on the Wednesday. The organiser is promoting the 2027 fair with more than 450 exhibitors and over 10,000 expected trade attendees.
Temperature control matters for whites and sparkling wines, so under counter fridges and the power to run them should be planned with the stand design. Olympia is a historic building with its own access and delivery arrangements, and wine deliveries in particular should be booked into the organiser's schedule early.
