About The Meetings Show
Suppliers to the UK meetings and events industry gather each summer at The Meetings Show, held at ExCeL London and organised by Northstar Meetings Group. It brings together hundreds of UK and international suppliers with the people who plan and book corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips and events.
Exhibitors come from across the meetings, incentives, conferences and events sector: venues and conference centres, hotels and resorts, destinations and tourism boards, destination management companies and event technology and service providers. Visitors are event planners and meetings professionals from corporates, agencies and associations, and the show is strictly trade.
The format leans heavily on pre-arranged business. A hosted buyer programme brings qualified planners to the show and matches them with exhibitors through scheduled appointments, so suppliers can fill a diary with meetings rather than relying on passing footfall. Alongside the appointments, an education programme on trends, sustainability, event design and the business of events keeps planners on the floor.
That structure is the main reason exhibitors return. For a destination or venue, a day of appointments with planners who have real events to place can be worth more than months of sales calls. The show also runs alongside Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show at ExCeL, so corporate travel buyers and travel technology specialists are in the same venue, which widens the potential audience for hotels and other suppliers that sell into both markets.

The Meetings Show 2027: what to expect
The Meetings Show 2027 runs on Wednesday 23 June, from 09:30 to 17:30, and Thursday 24 June, from 09:30 to 17:00, at ExCeL London.
The organiser reported 1,181 buyers, 575 exhibitors and 4,292 unique attendees at the 2026 show. Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show are again expected to share the venue.
Many exhibitors take part within destination or regional pavilions, which affects stand design and branding rules, so it is worth checking whether a pavilion option exists before planning an independent build. Because appointments run back to back, stands should include enough seated meeting positions for the whole team at once.
