About The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show is a trade-only event for the UK's eating out and drinking out sector, organised by Diversified Communications UK and held at ExCeL London. It grew out of the Casual Dining Show, first staged in 2013, and has long run alongside lunch!, the trade show for the food-to-go market. Both now form part of the London Food & Drink Festival, a group of co-located trade events at ExCeL that visitors can attend on a single free trade ticket.
The show is aimed at operators and buyers from restaurants, pubs and bars, along with the wider hospitality businesses that serve food and drink. Exhibitors typically include food and drink producers and suppliers of equipment, technology, furniture and services for venues.
Hospitality operators are constantly reviewing menus, drinks lists and the experience they offer guests, and the show gives them a chance to discover new products and suppliers in one visit. For exhibitors, it offers access to both independent operators and multi-site groups, while the neighbouring festival events widen the pool of buyers from related sectors.
Stands at hospitality shows often work best when they feel like part of a working venue. Drinks brands may build a small bar with proper serves, food suppliers often rely on sampling, and furniture and fit-out companies can create a dining or bar setting that shows their products in use.

The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show 2027: what to expect
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show returns to ExCeL London on 22 and 23 September 2027, running alongside lunch! as part of the London Food & Drink Festival.
Sampling food or drinks at ExCeL involves rules on food handling, power and water that are best checked before the layout is designed. Space for sit-down conversations about pricing and supply is usually as valuable as display area, especially with multi-site groups.
