About InstallerSHOW
InstallerSHOW is a trade exhibition for the people who fit, specify and supply heating, plumbing and building services products across the UK. Organised by Nineteen Group, it is held each June at the NEC in Birmingham and has grown into a multi-hall event that reaches well beyond its original heating and plumbing core.
The central part of the show covers boilers, heat pumps and other heating systems, plumbing, controls and renewables. Dedicated zones extend that offer: InstallerELECTRIC covers electrical products, EV charging and smart technology, InstallerK&B focuses on kitchens, bathrooms and appliances, and InstallerBUILD brings in building products, tools, roofing and safety equipment. Sister events, including the Painting & Decorating Show and the Professional Woodworking Expo, run alongside.
Visitors are mostly hands-on trade professionals: installers, contractors, merchants and specifiers. Entry is free for trade visitors and for students and apprentices on relevant courses, which helps bring a younger generation of installers onto the floor.
For manufacturers and distributors, the attraction is direct contact with the people who decide which brands go into homes and buildings. Installers like to see products working, so live demonstrations, product launches, seminars and practical workshops are central to the show. Awards and networking events add further reasons to visit, and the co-located shows widen the audience to adjacent trades such as decorators and joiners.

InstallerSHOW 2027: what to expect
InstallerSHOW 2027 takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 22 to 24 June, now spread across Halls 3, 3a, 4 and 5. Doors open 10:00 to 17:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Thursday.
PlantWorx, the construction equipment exhibition, joins as a new co-located event, alongside the Painting & Decorating Show and the Professional Woodworking Expo. Nineteen Group cites 40,000 visitors and more than 900 exhibitors on its site, and says 77 per cent of visitors went on to buy as a direct result of attending.
With an extra hall in use, ask where your sector will sit before choosing a stand. Installers value seeing kit fitted and running, so confirm water, drainage and power with the NEC early, and plan breakdown around the earlier Thursday close.
